How to Install Paytm App

1. Go to your App Store to download the Paytm App. After this, "Paytm" is written in the Search Box in the App Store. And Choose "Paytm - Payments, Wallets & Recharge". 
2. You will now have a screen of the Paytm App in front of you. From here you have to tap on "INSTALL". Doing this, Paytm App will start installing in your mobile phone.
3. When the Paytm App is successfully installed in your mobile phone, open it. And choose your language.

How to Create Paytm Account

App

1. Launch Paytm app
2. Go to ‘Profile’ section at the bottom of the page
3. Click on ‘Sign In to Paytm’
4. Click on ‘Sign Up’
5. Enter your mobile number, email address and a password
6. Click on ‘Sign Up’
7. You will get an OTP on the mobile number you entered
8. Once you enter the correct OTP and click on ‘Submit’, you’re ready to use Paytm

1. Visit Paytm.com
2. Click on ‘Log In/Sign Up’ on the top-right corner of the page
3. Click on ‘Sign Up’
4. Enter your mobile number, email address and a password
5. You will get an OTP on the mobile number you entered
6. Once you enter the correct OTP and click on ‘Submit’, you’re ready to use all services on Paytm.com

Signup/Login

1. When you launch the app after installing it, you will be asked to select a language.
2. Then you have to log in, using your phone number and a password. If you don’t already have a Paytm account, you can create one using the Create Account button at the bottom.
3. The signup process is rather painless. Just use your phone number to signup, enter a password that is not easy to guess and that you can remember.
4. This password will be required to access your account on the web or any other device. You can choose to enter your email as well however that is optional.
5. You will receive an OTP during the registration process which will be automatically read.

Add Money to Paytm Wallet

1. The UI of the app is not as fancy or pretty as some others but most of the functions you will need are front and center on the home screen making the setup just as easy as well.
2. To add money to your Paytm wallet, just tap on Add Money. The maximum amount you can deposit is INR 20,000, not only for Paytm but for any other e-wallet as well for that matter.
3. You can choose to pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.
4. Once added to your Paytm account, you can now use this money to shop via Paytm, pay bills, buy tickets or pay for things that you buy at offline stores, assuming the store supports PayTM transactions.

Pay using Paytm

1. Paytm users can add money to their Paytm Wallets in a few easy clicks.
2. Tap on the ‘Add Money’ option on the Paytm app home screen, enter the amount and pay using Debit/Credit Cards or Net Banking.
3. Paytm customers can pay, receive and shop with just a smartphone at zero extra cost.
4. Users can simply scan the recipient’s QR code or entering their mobile number in the ‘Pay’ option in the Paytm app to instantly pay virtually anyone with a smartphone and the Paytm app.

Accept Money using Paytm

1. Accepting money using Paytm is easy. Tap in the ‘Accept Payment’ option in the Paytm app home screen, and request the sender to scan your Paytm app.
2. Alternatively, you could take a screenshot of this screen and WhatsApp or e-mail it to the sender. They can then select ‘Scan Paytm QR Code from Gallery’ option in their Paytm app, and pay you instantly.
3. There are two ways of receiving this money. You can accept it into your Paytm Wallet and enjoy instant settlement. Alternatively, choose ‘Bank Account’ in the Accept Payment option. The amount would be settled at midnight every day.

Send Money to Bank

1. Money stored in the Paytm Wallet can be taken to your bank account. Tap on the ‘Passbook’ icon in your Paytm app home screen and select ‘Send money to Bank’.
2. Once you tap on the ‘Transfer’ button, please enter the amount, account holder’s name, account number, IFSC Code and press ‘Send’.
